Shipping and Return

Our online store only processes orders from buyers residing in Malaysia. For buyers outside of Malaysia, kindly contact us at maizestarr@gmail.com.

Delivery rates are calculated based on parcel weight. Maximum parcel weight allowed is 30kg. For orders exceeding 30kg, kindly contact us at maizestarr@gmail.com.

Orders are processed before 1700 from Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays. We engage third party logistic providers e.g. Pgeon and Poslaju to handle shipment of all orders.

You may expect your order to arrive within 3 days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7 days (Sabah & Sarawak).

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return a product to us, kindly contact us at maizestarr@gmail.com. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
